Meet Rebecca RN, BSN
Rebecca Ditgen is a registered nurse with more that a decade of experience serving individuals and families across a wide range of healthcare settings. Since starting her career in healthcare in 2009, she has provided care in emergency and trauma services, psychiatric and substance abuse, intensive care and hospice, developing a deep understanding of the complex medical, emotional and practical challenges families face throughout life’s transitions. As the founder of The Meridian Care Collective, Rebecca is passionate about helping individuals and families find clarity, confidence, and peace of mind during seasons of serious illness, caregiving, aging, and end-of-life planning.
